✨ Celebrating 18 Years as a Massage Therapist ✨

A journey I never could’ve imagined… yet one I’m endlessly grateful for.

In 2008, I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy with over 1,100 hours of hands-on training. My very first “treatment room” was a tiny student space in our school clinic where we practiced under the watchful eyes of our teachers, worked with every kind of client imaginable, and learned what it truly meant to hold space for healing.

After graduation, I stepped into the world of clinical massage at Massage Envy. At the time, I didn’t realize how valuable that experience would be… but looking back, the high volume of clients, the diversity of bodies and conditions, and the level of consistency and professionalism required built the foundation of everything I do today.

From there, life guided me into the spa world, and that’s where I found my rhythm. As someone who has always been naturally quiet and grounded, the serene spa environment felt like home. I grew there. I softened there. I found my most authentic expression as a therapist there.

And even now, in my own private practice, I carry the essence of that experience with me; the calm, the intention, the subtle beauty of creating a space where the nervous system can melt, and the body can breathe again.

When I moved back to Gillette, everything shifted again. I opened my first private practice, and though I’ve worked in different locations over the years, one of my absolute favorites was inside La Hair Boutique. It was lively, warm, social… the kind of environment that brings out community in a completely different way.

It’s also where I learned the sacred power of word-of-mouth referrals, the highest compliment any therapist can receive. That space showed me what it means to be trusted.

Then came the rooms at Lakeway Professional Center… the space that shaped me the most.

It’s where my voice as a therapist became clear.

Where I held space for clients through pregnancies, surgeries, grief, celebrations, and seasons of reinvention.

Where I learned, deeply, that massage therapy is multidimensional. It is mind, body, and soul work.

And now… I’m standing in a new chapter.

My current space inside Elevated Pelvic Health is where my passion and purpose have fused into something even deeper.

This is where I serve women’s health, support relaxation in a world that asks too much of us, and offer my signature 90-minute Yoga + Massage session, a blend of movement, breath, and bodywork designed for full-body restoration.

Eighteen years.

So many rooms.

So many stories.

So many people who trusted me with their healing.

I’m honored. I’m grateful. And I’m excited for everything this next season brings. ✨💛

Here’s to the women, the work, and the wellness that made all of this possible. And here’s to the next chapter, one that feels more aligned and expansive than ever.
