In my private practice, due to the nature of my work and my space within Elevated Pelvic Health, which is geared towards women's health, I exclusively work with only female clients.

For a quick refresh, I highly recommend my 45-minute massage therapy session, addressing your specific wellness goals. I am dedicated to providing a nurturing experience to alleviate physical tension and enhance your overall well-being.

I provide a caring service to relieve body stresses and improve your life. My education in Boulder was focused on rehabilitation blended with energy work for deep relaxation. I believe in treating the Body as a whole entity, addressing both mental and physical issues so that you receive optimal benefits from your sessions.

I am an integrative massage therapist who incorporates many different modalities. I like incorporating Orthopedic, Deep Tissue, Integrative, and Polarity Therapy techniques to tailor each individual's needs.

Policies & Details

• Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten session time.

• Cancellations: 24+ hours notice = no fee. Less than 24 hours = $40 fee.

• No-Shows: $40 fee, balance must be paid before rebooking.

• Payment: Payment is due at booking via card. Tips are optional and not expected.

• Insurance: I do not direct bill, but an itemized receipt can be provided for potential reimbursement.

• Illness: Please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell; massage may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

• Behavior: Zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior—session will be terminated and full payment charged.
