In my private practice, due to the nature of my work and my space within Elevated Pelvic Health, which focuses on women's health, I exclusively work with female clients.

Give your body the attention it deserves with a guided stretching and mobility session. During this 45-minute experience, I’ll gently guide you through targeted stretches designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and support better movement in your daily life.

As a massage therapist with 15 years of experience, I blend my knowledge of the body with gentle, supportive touch to help you ease tight muscles and create more space in your joints. This is the perfect session if you’re feeling stiff, recovering from long hours of work, or want to move with more freedom and comfort.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, more mobile, and deeply relaxed—like you’ve given your body a reset.

• Please arrive 5 minutes early for a short intake so we can discuss your goals for the session.

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement (t-shirts, joggers, leggings, or sweatpants are ideal).

Arrival Time:

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

Cancellations:

There is no charge for cancellations received at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $40 fee. No-Show/No-Call: There is a $40 fee for no-shows. Future appointments cannot be booked until the balance is paid.

Payment

Payment in full is due at the time of booking.

Tipping:

Tipping is not encouraged but is accepted.

Insurance Payments:

No direct billing. Itemized receipt provided for possible insurance reimbursement.

Illness:

Please call to reschedule if you're feeling ill. Massage may not be advised under certain medical conditions.

Inappropriate behavior:

I have a zero-tolerance policy. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and a charge for the total amount.
