With a background in rehabilitation and energy work, I approach massage as a holistic practice, considering both the mind and body. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of modalities, such as Orthopedic, Deep Tissue, Integrative, and Polarity Therapy, to customize each session according to your unique needs.

Policies & Details

• Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early. Late arrivals may shorten session time.

• Cancellations: 24+ hours notice = no fee. Less than 24 hours = $40 fee.

• No-Shows: $40 fee, balance must be paid before rebooking.

• Payment: Payment is due at booking via card. Tips are optional and not expected.

• Insurance: I do not direct bill, but an itemized receipt can be provided for potential reimbursement.

• Illness: Please reschedule if you’re feeling unwell; massage may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

• Behavior: Zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior—session will be terminated and full payment charged.
